Your own Extravergine: from the harvest to the cooking (individual)

In the sunny autumn of southern Tuscany you will see, how a good Extravergine is produced. You harvest olives of best quality and see how they will be pressed, to get your own Extravergine. You live in a comfortable farm-guesthouse. We recommand at least three nights.

- Accomodation in Double rooms with own bathroom. Half board
- Cooking instructions
- Equipment and instructions to harvest olives
- For each 20 kg Olives you will get at least 1 liter extravergine.
